433 MHZ Transmission Receiver
433 MHz transmitter and receiver pair for simple one-way wireless
A matched transmitter and receiver pair for sending small amounts of data one way over tens of metres, passing through interior walls where infrared cannot. Very cheap per node, which makes it practical to scatter several around a building for remote switches, doorbells and sensor links. The single biggest improvement most people miss: fit a quarter-wave antenna, roughly 17 cm of straight wire, to each module. Range often triples. The RadioHead library handles the data framing. Passes through walls, unlike infrared links; Very low cost per wireless node; Transmitter and receiver supplied as a matched pair; Range improves greatly with a simple wire antenna
