ATmega32U4 board with native USB, acts as keyboard or mouse
●In Stock
The Micro's ATmega32U4 handles USB directly in hardware, with no separate serial converter chip. That gives it a trick the Uno cannot do: the board can present itself to a computer as a real USB keyboard, mouse or game controller. Useful for macro pads, accessibility devices, automated input testing and custom controllers. It also keeps a breadboard-friendly footprint, so it suits finished builds as well as prototypes. Emulates a USB keyboard, mouse or joystick natively; No separate USB-to-serial chip needed; Breadboard-friendly for permanent installations; 12 analogue-capable pins, more than an Uno.
