The fix for the most common nRF24L01 complaint. The radio draws sharp current spikes during transmission that an Arduino's 3.3V pin simply cannot supply, producing links that work across a desk and then fail at any real distance. This adapter adds a proper regulator and decoupling capacitors, so the module gets clean stable power from the 5V rail. If your nRF24 range has been disappointing, this is very often the reason. Onboard regulator supplies the radio's current spikes; Decoupling capacitors already fitted; Runs from 5V, no separate 3.3V source needed; Commonly resolves poor nRF24L01 range and dropouts
