2K Potentiometer

A 2 kilo-ohm rotary potentiometer with a shaft for a control knob, giving continuously variable resistance for volume controls, brightness adjustment, speed setting and analogue input to a microcontroller. Wired as a three-terminal divider it produces a voltage that an Arduino reads directly on an analogue pin, which makes it the simplest possible user input for a project.
