ACS712 30A Range Current Sensor
ACS712 Hall effect current sensor, plus or minus 30A, 66 mV per amp
The widest-range ACS712, handling DC or AC current up to plus or minus 30 amps at 66 millivolts per amp with 2.1 kV isolation. Use it for high-current work: large motors, inverters, battery banks and vehicle circuits. Be aware of the trade-off — at 66 mV per amp a 10-bit Arduino ADC resolves roughly 74 milliamps per step, so small currents read coarsely. If your load never exceeds a few amps, the 5A or 20A version will serve you much better. Widest current range in the ACS712 family; Measures both AC and DC, bidirectional; 2.1 kV isolation protects your microcontroller; Suits inverters, battery banks and large motors
