HT12D RF Remote Control Decoder

The receiving half of a simple wireless remote control pair. It takes the serial stream from a 433 MHz receiver, checks that the 8-bit address matches its own address pin settings, and only then presents the 4 data bits on its outputs. That address check is what stops your neighbour's remote operating your gate. Pairs with the HT12E encoder, and both must have identical address settings.
