MQ138 Benzene Sensor

Responds to volatile organic compounds including benzene, toluene, acetone and alcohol — the vapours found around paint, solvents, adhesives and fuel. Useful for workshop and paint-booth air monitoring and for ventilation control where solvents are in use. As with all MQ sensors it responds to a family of compounds rather than identifying one, so treat it as an indicator that solvent vapour is present and rising.
