A FR207 fast recovery rectifier diode rated at 1000V and 2A. A 2 amp fast recovery rectifier for switching power supplies, inverters and higher frequency rectification where a standard 1N400x series diode is too slow. Supplied in the standard axial through-hole package with the cathode marked by a band. Rated 1000V reverse voltage and 2A forward current; Standard axial package fits breadboards and stripboard; Cathode band clearly marked; Very low cost and widely available
