A VGA resolution camera module outputting raw image data over a parallel interface. Realistic expectations matter here: the OV7670 works well with an ESP32, STM32 or FPGA that has the RAM and speed to handle a parallel image stream, but a standard Uno does not have enough memory to hold even one full frame.
