Joystick Sensor

A thumbstick like those on a game controller, giving two analogue values for X and Y plus a digital signal when pressed down. Reads on two analogue pins and one digital, mapping naturally onto robot steering, camera pan and tilt, or menu navigation. The centre position rarely reads exactly at the midpoint, so read and store the resting value at startup and treat that as your zero — this single step removes most joystick drift complaints.
