MPU6050 Gyroscope Sensor
MPU6050 6-axis accelerometer and gyroscope module, I2C
Combines a three-axis accelerometer and a three-axis gyroscope in one chip, reporting orientation, tilt, rotation rate and acceleration over I2C. The onboard Digital Motion Processor can fuse both sensors internally, giving stable angle output without your sketch running the filtering maths. This is the sensor behind self-balancing robots, drone stabilisation, gesture detection and motion-controlled projects. Note that gyroscopes drift over time — the accelerometer corrects this, which is exactly what the fusion is for. Six axes of motion sensing in a single chip; Onboard motion processor handles sensor fusion; Selectable sensitivity ranges for fine or fast motion; I2C interface uses only two pins
