Sensor shield v5

Solves the most tedious problem in Arduino wiring. Every I/O pin is broken out to a three-pin header carrying signal, 5V and ground, so a sensor module plugs straight in with a three-wire lead instead of three separate jumpers that work loose. It also adds dedicated headers for I2C, serial, servos, Bluetooth and SD modules. For any project with more than three or four sensors, this shield removes most of the wiring faults before they happen.
