Xbee Shield

Provides a proper XBee socket on an Arduino, for projects that need reliable wireless over distances where Bluetooth and WiFi give up. XBee modules handle mesh networking, addressing and retries in hardware, so several nodes can relay for each other across a site. Common in agricultural monitoring, building sensors and long-range telemetry. The XBee module itself is sold separately and runs at 3.3V, which the shield regulates for you.
